Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your trip. In such cases, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
• 15-30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• Less Than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers and to ensure that you have a great experience with us. In case you are not satisfied with our services, or if your plans change and you are eligible for a refund, our refund policy is as follows:

• 50% refund if canceled up to 45 and 30 days before the start of the trip.
• 25% refund if canceled between 30 and 15 days before the start of the trip.
• No refund if canceled within 15 days from the start of the trip.
• No refund if you have to leave a trip in the middle.
